One on One coaching for your athlete. 

The Legacy Leaders Coaching Program is for high performers who want 1 on 1 elite level support. Includes personalized, one-on-one mentorship experience designed to empower youth athletes (ages 12–18) with the tools, strategies, and support needed to develop strong leadership skills, a resilient mindset, a grounded identity, and the courage to overcome adversity.

Each month your athlete will receive weekly personalized 45 min coaching sessions dedicated to their growth and goals/targets along with the following:

  • Self paced courses to strengthen identity, mindset and leadership

  • Get2 Impact Swag

  • 15 min onboarding goal baseline & target call

  • Expert speaker session each month

  • End of month 20 min parent/athlete debrief

  • Mindset book, bookmark and 30 day journal with prompts

  • Daily habit tracker worksheet

By the end of this program, participants will:

  • Have a personal vision and confidence to lead themselves and others

  • Apply practical mindset tools to school, sports, and life

  • Understand their identity outside of their sport

  • Approach challenges and setbacks with composure and purpose

  • Be equipped to stand out as a leader in their team, classroom, and community
